Beginners and Mixed Ability

ONLINE TRAINING COMING

I will be MOVING all classes online on as of Monday 30th March. The time of the classes will remain the same, and an additional class has been added for adults only, high tempo keeep fit session for 40 minutes. Parents and students interested please let me know soon looking for block booking ie, 4 weeks. The App we're using is Zoom conferencing.

I will be forwarding the app across with a link to join. Link can be downloaded on any android phone or laptop. Any problems using the app let me know before the launch date.

Online training fees are £5 per session payable 4 weeks in advance. 3 people training only pay for 2, Mom and Dad can join the class for free. The adults session is only £2 per person, this is only temporary e.g. 4 weeks. We can review at the end of the 4 weeks. I need the support of the parents to ensure students are following the correct instructions.

Adults keep fit session 40 minutes high tempo.

6.30 - 7.30pm Mixed class including beginners

Saturday - Wade Street Lichfield
Young Ninjas 10 - 11am
