Beginners and Mixed Ability

This class is for both beginners and those of mixed ability. It is ideal for families with parents and children.

Costs:

First session is a FREE taster
£5 per hour
£6 for the hour and a half
£10 for a family of 3

Class Consists of:

Warm up
Repetitions
Paired practice
Some sparring
