Another fantastic couple of online training sessions yesterday. Students of St Chad Primary ASK Lichfield and Longdon Village Rugeley. Well done guys we've rise to the challenge things can only get better.⬇️

We have an extra training session TODAY 6.30 - 7.15pm. This session is FREE to all LKA students and family. Please let me know if you would like to take part in the session and I'll forward a link to join the class.⬇️
If you have a 1-2 kilogram dumbbell, keep it near by with plenty of water/squash.⬇️

ONLINE TRAINING:
Thank you to everyone who trained online last night. Young Ninjas 5.30 - 6.30pm the Adults class 6.30 - 7.30pm. Well done guys for adapting to changing circumstances 👏. I am aware its a difficult time we’re all going through, training may not be on the radar as its another financial worry. Please don't be put off by this, we are a family - karate family. All things considered I've allocated Friday night 6.30 - 7.15 for all LKA students and family to train free of charge.

This is a fitness session only duration 45 minutes. Confirmation of attendance is still required. It is important we keep up some kind of training in ready for when we get back to normal with grading in mind!
